Our assumption is that you don't use steroids and have put together our bodybuilding routines on this assumption. At make muscle we provide real routines, which prove effective for most people, regardless of either their age, build or gender.

What makes this bodybuilding site so different?
The vast majority of the fitness routines described in today’s more popular bodybuilding magazines and websites have one thing in common. They are written for the genetically gifted and/or the chemically enhanced. Therefore they don't take into account the fact that there are different body types - Three distinct ones to be precise, which all respond very differently to bodybuilding. We at Make muscle do however take this extremely important fact into consideration, both when offering bodybuilding advice and when constructing all of our fitness routines.
This allows us to allow you to get the very most out of your bodybuilding. For a routine that may benefit a 37 year old male with one particular bodytype (say Ectomorphic) will not necessarily benefit a 25 year old with a mesomorphic body type.

From your forearms right down to your calves (and everything in between), the bodybuilding and exercise tips that you will find in the pages of this site are extremely comprehensive and both tried and tested. We provide expert advise on the correct form for each exercise and what muscles they will help to develop. We explain the correct diet - when and what to eat to get the most from your bodybuilding program. We also explain what not to do in bodybuilding. Mistakes in the gym can cause injuries that can take several months to heal.
Here at Make muscle, y ou will also find a collection of bodybuilding articles, which cover subjects as diverse as losing weight, growing your arms, developing your shoulders and the pros and cons of taking supplements. For example there is a very good article on how to build a six pack. An article that could help you to finally firm up your abs and develop a strong and visible set of stomach muscles.
